Hi, my name is Lauren. I'm a hardcore DIY designer (and professional tap dancer). I have such a passion for reconstructing and repurposing almost anything. I live, eat, sleep and dream design. I use nearly no new materials...from my fabric and elastic to my zippers. I LOVE taking something old and disgusting and turning it into something new and amazing. Everything I make is one of a kind :)

I was born and raised in good old southern Utah. My heart will forever be here in the red rocks... it is truly my home. With me always are my two favorite sidekicks. The Potus and The Tao...I love these boys more than the air I breathe. Seriously, it's almost debilitating :) We are also graced with the presence of a clinically insane Siamese cat we call Sourpatch. She's always in the middle of everything. That makes up my little family, which keeps me insanely busy.

I have more inspiration, ideas and sketches than I have time...which could drive a person mad. But I am ALWAYS making something. Always. I will try my best to document all of my fun projects and post them on here. I'll also throw in a recipe or two here and there. FYI, I am CONSTANTLY cooking. Its something I enjoy, and lets face it, it's necessary to keep up with the demands of feeding The Tao.
